These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PlayDrops application, services, and website (https://playdrops.app). By downloading, accessing, or using PlayDrops, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Rules

• You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use PlayDrops.
• One Account Per Person / Device: You may register and operate only one personal account on one physical mobile device. Creating multiple accounts or sharing devices to farm rewards is strictly prohibited.
• You must provide accurate and verifiable information when redeeming earnings to external payment providers (e.g., your legitimate PayPal email).

2. Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

To preserve a secure and equitable experience for our global community, the following actions will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all accumulated balances:

• The use of VPNs, Tor, proxies, or IP spoofing services to alter geographic location.
• The use of Android emulators (e.g., BlueStacks, Nox, LDPlayer), virtual machines, or rooted/jailbroken device tampering.
• Auto-clickers, macro bots, memory modification tools, or reverse-engineering of the PlayDrops application or widget communication.
• Engaging in fraudulent or synthetic gameplay completion with our partner offer networks (AdGem, ayeT-Studios).

3. Rewards, Earnings & Payouts

PlayDrops distributes rewards earned from live drops, gaming milestone completions, referral commissions, and promotional sweepstakes. All reward balances represent an unearned credit until successfully verified and disbursed through an approved payment channel.

• Disbursements may be subject to routine anti-fraud review (typically 24 to 48 business hours).
• Users are solely responsible for any local taxes or regulatory filings resulting from received rewards.

4. Intellectual Property

The PlayDrops name, logos, graphics, software code, and visual designs are the proprietary intellectual property of PlayDrops. All game titles, trademarks, and brand names featured within mission listings belong to their respective copyright holders.

5. Limitation of Liability & Termination

PlayDrops is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms without prior notice.
